Natal Dank is an influential figure within the international HR community and recognised as a pioneer in the Agile HR movement and is thrilled to be taking on the roles of Director and chief trend watcher. Natal also heads up learning, consultancy & coaching at PXO Culture. In 2016 Natal hosted the first Agile HR Meetup in London with the aim of building a community of like-minded disrupters, which has since grown into a regular event held across the world from Sydney to Paris and online.
In 2020 Natal published the book, Agile HR: Delivering Value in a Changing World of Work and through PXO Culture is focused on defining modern HR for the 21st Century and helping organisations build great People Experience and Operations.
Tim Goodwin is the co-founder and director of PXO Culture. Tim has backgrounds in IT, engineering, finance, photography and website design, which means he has some quite useful skills. For over 20 years he was involved in large-scale tech projects, for multi-national organisations, from coding to dealing with senior stakeholders and has plenty of real-world experience with Agile. Now, a creative techie at PXO Culture, he runs our backend operations. He hasn’t worked in HR itself but has been on the receiving end of it :-). Tim makes sure we have the necessary tech to run our virtual learning sessions and interviews smoothly and ensure they look and sound great.
Tim also scripts, produces and edits most of our learning program videos and YouTube content. Many of our blog posts and other articles are co-authored by Tim too. He loves to cook and is very fond of dogs.
