Tom Haak’s HR Action Cube
The HR Tech Conference Nigeria 2020 was opened with a keynote by Tom Haak. In this keynote he introduced Tom Haak’s HR Action Cube. He covered several dimensions of the cube:
- The burning business issues, and the impact on these issues of the COVID-19 crisis;
- Important HR trends;
- The HR enablers, as people analytics, HR tech, agile methodologies, design thinking and holistic HR.
