In 2018 we published 43 new blog posts. Most of the beautiful  illustrations were also this year made by Studio Fee Overbeeke (thanks Fee!).

The number of views on the website increased with 44%.

The blog reaches a truly international audience of HR professionals. Most visitors are from the USA (20.7%), followed by India (18.9%), UK (5.7%), The Netherlands (4.9%), Canada (3.3%) and Germany (2.9%). 43.6% came from many many other countries.

The articles focusing on general and specific HR trends are the most popular. In fact, only one article in the Top 5 was published in 2018. The other ones in 2017 (3x) and 2016 (1x). This is the Top 5:
