Building Powerful Networks – The Arcadis Global Shapers Story

In 2012 Arcadis, the leading global design & consultancy firm for natural and built assets, launched a global program aimed at the growing group of millennials in the organisation. The Global Shapers program was launched to realize the potential of an international organisation, to increase the global pool for high-potential professionals, to leverage the skills and the talents of the new generations, and to strengthen engagement and employer branding. Through the program Arcadis created a powerful network of young professionals who help make Arcadis a truly global and connected story.

The book, written by Tom Haak, Chantal Drenthen and Sylke Raymakers, is the story of the Arcadis Global Shapers during the first four years of the program. It offers inspiration, tools and guidance for other organisations who want to build powerful networks.

The book can be downloaded (free) in ePub format through this link.
