Many organisations have made good progress in recent times in the field of HR reporting and analytics people. Some leading companies have shown what is possible with “predictive analytics”. However, most organisations are working to professionalise people analytics, and deployment is slower than expected. This has to do with the ability of HR tackle people analytics in a structured manner and to provide management and the organisation with surprising insights. In his story Tom Haak will describe four steps that help to support specific HR issues with analytics.
