Objective:

Improve your team effectiveness and delivery by improving (virtual) communication.

Format:

In a workshop we focus on the following questions and issues:

What is the challenge? How to create sense of purpose and belonging while

managing virtual teams? What can we stop, start, continue? How to leverage

technology? Creating your team-charter.

Keywords: inspiration, structure and technology.

Target group and size:

Typically HR/CoE/HR Operations leadership teams with 10-15 participants.

Duration:

½ day (depending on purpose).
