Objective:
Improve your team effectiveness and delivery by improving (virtual) communication.

In a workshop we focus on the following questions and issues:
What is the challenge? How to create sense of purpose and belonging while
managing virtual teams? What can we stop, start, continue? How to leverage
technology? Creating your team-charter.
