Objective:
Improve your HR function and plan by conducting the HR Trend Scan.
Format:
Interviews and workshops with key stakeholders focusing on following questions:
What do you need to achieve? Does HR have the organization, systems and people
capabilities to deliver? What is your biggest struggle in current ways of working?
How to design the plan to close the gap?
Workshop in which we will focus on:
How can we leverage HR trends to improve our HR plan? We will use our HR Scan
to challenge the plan.

Typically HR teams and leaders, 5-15 participants.
Duration:
3 hours to half a day depending on purpose and depth.
