HR Trends Fun in the Office

Examples of smart and creative use of trends in the field of people and organisations

#5.002: Fun in the office

Why? Making fun is serious business. Making life in and around organizations more fun can be simple. Coolblue is one of the leading Dutch online shops. Their tagline: “Everything for a smile”. Their office in Rotterdam can be entered through Google Streetview, and then you meet some of the employees, especially dressed for the occasion. When you virtually walk around you think: “This is cool, it must be fun to work here”. Simple. Funny. Excellent employer branding.

Keywords: #Coolblue #employerbranding #recruitment #gamification #fun
