#5.001: Earn a badge!
Why? Making fun is serious business. Gamification is everywhere and it is making life in and around organizations a lot more fun. Gamification can be simple. On the picture some of the badges participants in the Arcadis Global Shapers program could earn. Real badges, with a pin. Some badges were easy to earn (a team badge, a sports badge, the “Way too late” badge), others were more difficult (like the “I met the boss” badge, and the “Health & Safety Captain” badge). Nothing too serious, lots of fun, and people liked it.
