The Fair Hiring Project makes recruitment inclusive from the start

An interesting new initiative is “The Fair Hiring Project”. The Fair Hiring Project, founded by Olivier Vidal, supports applicants during the recruitment process, by providing short training modules, addressing the challenges people face before interviews.
Examples of modules: “Your strengths and weaknesses”, “Pitch yourself” and “Explain your experience”. Organizations can subscribe, and provide the applicants they invite for an interview with a link and login to the training modules. Applicants will come better prepared, and the chance that  suitable candidates are missed is decreased. A free trial can be requested at the website of the Fair Hiring Project.
