Objective:

Acquire insight in current state of HR function and build the plan to improve.

Format:

Interviews and workshops with key stakeholders focusing on following questions: What do you need to achieve? Does HR have the organization, systems and people capabilities to deliver? What is your biggest struggle in current ways of working? How to design the plan to close the gap?

Keywords: assess, organize, flexibility.

Target group and size:

Relevant stakeholders and HR practitioners.

Duration:

Multiple sessions over a period of 6-8 weeks.

Faculty:

Two to three representatives of the HR Trend Institute.
