Objective:

Building your HR plan for the entire or designated parts of the function e.g. CoE’s and HR operations.

Format:

Workshop in family group addressing following questions:

What are challenges of the business? What are the key HR interventions required? How do we prioritize and break these down in key actions? Are we organized to deliver? How do we measure success? How do we increase impact?

Keywords: challenge, prioritize, align.

Target group and size:

Typically HR leadership teams (5-15 participants).

Duration:

One day session; if required with post-coaching.

Faculty:

Two representatives of the HR Trend Institute.
